Returns

Unused candles may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges.

To begin a return, please contact me through the Contact page or at hello@allaireandash.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Including a photo of the product and packaging will help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Depending on the situation, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be provided.

Fragrance Preferences

Because fragrance is a personal experience, used candles cannot be returned simply because a scent wasn't what you expected.

If you're unsure which fragrance to choose, I encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully or reach out with any questions before placing an order.
