Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Allaire & Ash.

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully packaged before it leaves the workshop.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

During seasonal releases, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, customers will be notified by e-mail.

Shipping Rates

Orders ship for a flat rate of $8 anywhere within the United States.

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

At this time, Allaire & Ash ships within the United States only.

If you're located elsewhere and are interested in placing an order, please reach out through the Contact page. While international shipping is not currently offered through the website, I'm happy to explore options when possible.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of my control. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Allaire & Ash is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If you continue to experience issues, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to help.

Warm Weather Considerations

Candles are sensitive to heat and should be retrieved as soon as possible after delivery.

The wax blend used by Allaire & Ash is formulated with stability in mind and generally performs well in warmer conditions. However, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, hot vehicles, mailboxes, or porches may still cause softening or cosmetic changes.

Minor imperfections caused by heat typically do not affect performance, fragrance, or burn quality.
